How many days are left in the tank
Set your tank size once — 275, 500 or 1,000 gallons — then log two deliveries. From there the count moves as you burn, so a cold snap shows up as a shrinking number, not a surprise at 2am.
What it costs per day
One delivery is a single big number that tells you nothing about whether you're burning fast. PropertyFuel.app spreads each fill across the days it lasted and shows cost per day and spend this month, so you can compare January to December in dollars.
Weather, or waste
The app pulls the average temperature at your property and sets it beside what you burned over the same days. Colder and more fuel is weather; warmer and more fuel is worth a look at the boiler, the thermostat, or a line that's leaking.

Does it work without an app store?
Yes. PropertyFuel.app is a website that installs to your home screen. Open it on your phone, tap "Add to Home Screen" in Safari or "Install app" in Chrome, and it sits there with your other icons. No store account, no download, no update prompts.
What happens to my photos?
Each photo is stored with the entry it belongs to and shown only inside your account. It isn't public, it isn't indexed, and the only way to open it is to be signed in as you. We don't use it for anything except showing it back to you.
Do I need a smart meter or any hardware?
No. No sensor, no monitor, no hub, nothing to wire in — the only input is the delivery ticket: gallons, cost and the date. If you have a tank gauge, log the level with the fill and the estimate gets sharper; if you don't, we assume the tank was full at the last delivery and label the estimate that way.
What if I only fill up twice a year?
That's the normal case and it still works. PropertyFuel.app measures fill to fill, so two deliveries give you the burn rate for the weeks between them — for a heating tank that's the seasonal number you want, not a daily one. The more deliveries you log, the less one unusual fill can skew it.
What's actually free?
One property, unlimited fuel entries, the full dashboard and the temperature comparison, with ads. Nothing on the free tier is a preview or a countdown. Pro sits above it and adds the four things labelled coming.
When does Pro arrive?
We don't have a date we can stand behind, so we're not going to invent one. The list exists so you hear about it once, by email, when Pro is actually ready to buy.
